Incoterms 2010 - are international rules recognized by a governmental bodies, the legal companies and businessmen over the world as interpretation of the most applicable in international trade of terms.
The sphere of action of Incoterms 2010 extends on the rights and duties of the parties under the contract of purchase and sale regarding delivery of the goods (the term of delivery of the goods).
Each term of Incoterms 2010 represents an abbreviation from three letters.
